NLB bank is always in the right place – even when it comes to giving a warm welcome. When rival OTP Bank moved to Ljubljana, we placed a specially designed mobile Welcoming ATM in front of their new headquarters. Instead of dispensing cash, it offered welcome messages to OTP employees – some even came with small gifts, like codes for free coffee, drinks, or lunch in nearby spots.
